EBESU offers modern Japanese cuisine, along with traditional binchotan-grilled robata dishes, outstanding sushi and Japanese cocktails, in a striking setting in historic downtown Plano.
Named for the Japanese god of fishermen and luck, Ebesu is the first American project from Tetsuya Nakao, CEO of Tokyo-based group DRC Co., Ltd., which has restaurants in Tokyo and Kanagawa. Executive chef Koji “Tsukasa” Yoshida’s specialties feature impeccably sourced fish, Wagyu beef and other stellar ingredients.
