EBESU offers modern Japanese cuisine, along with traditional binchotan-grilled robata dishes, outstanding sushi and Japanese cocktails, in a striking setting in historic downtown Plano.
Named for the Japanese god of fishermen and luck, Ebesu is the first American project from Tetsuya Nakao, CEO of Tokyo-based group DRC Co., Ltd., which has restaurants in Tokyo and Kanagawa. Executive chef Koji “Tsukasa” Yoshida’s specialties feature impeccably sourced fish, Wagyu beef and other stellar ingredients.
We look forward to welcoming you for dinner at the sushi bar, robata bar or in our dining room, designed by Design Label Knot’s Shigeru Sato -- who designed Gonpachi, the Tokyo restaurant featured in Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill: Volume One.”
